Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (if applicable). Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes using USPS only. Expedited and overnight services may not be available to these addresses.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delays & Issues
Please note that shipping times may be delayed during peak periods, holidays, or due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, carrier delays). If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at mdrnhouse99@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can help file a claim or send a replacement.
